Location: 419 Dueling Way
Hours of Operation: 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
Residents can reserve the clubhouse gathering room for their private events (a full kitchen is conveniently located adjacent to the community room). To secure a reservation, residents must be in good standing. A $50 deposit must be made at the time of request. The deposit is refundable upon leaving the facility as you found it.

Please note that reservation of the community room does not give attendees the privilege of using the pool.

Pool

The pool is open from May 16th through the last weekend in September. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible homeowner over the age of 18. The hours are Monday through Sunday 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.

Cardio Room

Hours of operation: 5:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Residents must be 18 or older to use the Exercise Room. Small children are not allowed to play on or use the equipment.

Weight Room

Hours of operation: 5:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M.
Residents must be 18 or older to use the Exercise Room. Small children are not allowed to play on or use the equipment. Please be courteous and return weights when done.
